If required, I can refer you to a local mortgage broker.

Search 🔎

I search your desired area for homes that match your brief, including off-market listings, while keeping in touch with sales agents for upcoming opportunities. I shortlist and recommend unlimited properties in this way for up to twelve months. 

Inspect 🔬

I streamline the property inspection process by inspecting shortlisted properties on your behalf, while recording video for you (if required).
 

I give you my expert opinion on each property and help you to weigh up your options.

Negotiate 🤝

I handle the negotiation process, ensuring you pay the right price, arrange favorable terms, while keeping your conveyancer/solicitor and mortgage broker/bank informed.

Strategise 💬

We strategically approach any offers together, ensuring that your satisfaction and investment is maximised by making an informed decision.

Exchange ↔️

Once a contract is signed, I keep you in the loop and advise you on any matters that may arise.

Maybe you need help with storage in town, organising a removalist, or finding tenants? I'm happy to help. 

I attend the pre-settlement inspection for peace of mind.

Once settlement has occurred, I obtain your new keys and pass them on to you, your new property manager, or tenant.

And I'll still be there if you need me to answer any questions about the sale, the property, or the community.
